Flamed maple back & ribs. Apple neck with 'blindfolded moor' carved head. Box wood and ebony parquetry tiling inlay on back of peg box.

Carved Spruce soundboard with a bone, Ebony & gilded parchment Rosette.

Ebony veneered fingerboard & tailpiece. Ebony pegs with bone pips.

Linseed oil & pine resin varnish.

String length: 36.5cm.  Body length: 38.5cm.

a pleasure to play, I am especially impressed that I can play double stops on the 6th and 7th strings, and get them in tune. Excellent response through all registers. Also, the pegs are terrific. The instrument is lovely and light, congratulations!
